Floral Studio holds ribbon cutting

A new floral studio on West Rigby Street hosted a ribbon cutting today and was officially welcomed into the Manning business community. "We look forward to serving you and to you serving the community," John Belding, told Helen Brailsford, the owner of Garden House Floral Studio. "It's exciting to have new ventures come into town," the incoming president of the Clarendon County Chamber of Commerce told her. Manning Mayor Julia Nelson was also on hand, along with City Administrator Scott Tanner and Carrie Trebil, the director of tourism and community development. See the Aug. 28 edition of The Manning Times for a story about Garden House Floral Studio and Brailsford's vision.
