              The most likely chance for showers and thunderstorms comes after 3 p.m. today, according to the National Weather Service. Right now there's a 30 percent chance of precipitation under sunny skies with temperatures in the high 70s and low 80s. Today's high is 93, with winds out of the southwest at 7 to 13 mph. Tonight's low is around 74 degrees. The NWS has also issued a hazardous weather outlook for east central Georgia and central South Carolina to include Clarendon County, as forecasts call for moderate instability and abundant moisture later today and this evening. There's a possibility of a few strong storms that could produce damaging wind gusts.
