SUMTER – Jennifer Lynn Sharp-Adams, 32, beloved mother, fiancée, sister, daughter and friend, died Tuesday, July 29, 2014.
Born in Sumter, she was a daughter of Ilah Janine Sharp. She grew up with her loving extended family in and around Sumter and Clarendon counties. She attended New Start Community Church in Manning.
Survivors include her fiancé, Charles Yingling of Sumter; a son, Robert Michael Sharp of Columbia; a daughter, Jessica Lynn Alsbrooks of Manning; two brothers, Robert Paul Turner and Richard Lambert, both of Sumter; her grandfather, Arthur “D.K.” Sharp of Corpus Christi, Texas; and a number of other close family members, including Laurel Mazelin of Sumter and John Adams of Columbia.
She was preceded in death by her twin brother, Daniel "D. K." Sharp; and her grandmother, Gloria Mae Sharp.
A memorial service for Jennifer Lynn Sharp-Adams will be held at 4 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 6, 2014, at New Start Community Church of the Nazarene with the Rev. Dale Turner officiating.
Mike Spigner, Sandra McEntire, Dallas Welch, Sandy McEntire, Mike Welch, Josh and Megan Webb and Whit Turner will serve as pallbearers.
