A Summerton man charged in late December 2013 with attempted murder, criminal domestic violence of a high and aggravated nature and kidnapping will likely face a jury of his peers this week at the Clarendon County Community Center during general sessions court.
Randy Frierson of 18 Parson St. in Summerton was arrested by Summerton police Dec. 26, 2013, and warrants were filed Jan. 8 for the charges. He has been held without bond at the Clarendon County Detention Center since his arrest.
