The Laurence Manining Academy Lady Swampcats defeated Florence Christian School 6-2 in Florence on Tuesday night. Courtney Beatson secured the win as pitcher; Emily McElveen and Beatson also had two hits for the team. They play again Monday at Wilson Hall in Sumter.
