"You made me do this." Those are the words that Kaisha Caraway says she heard from Justin Jermaine Johnson shortly before he allegedly shot the couple's 9-month-old in April 2011 at a home on Carissa Lane about seven miles outside of Manning. Johnson is facing a jury this week at the Clarendon County Administration Building for two counts of murder; one count of attempted murder; a count of kidnapping; a count of possession of a weapon during a violent crime; and a count of first-degree burglary. He is also alleged to have killed Caraway's 59-year-old grandmother, Maxine Caraway, that same day. The trial is expected to last the week. Check back later for more updates from today's proceedings, which included testimony from Caraway, her grandfather, the first responding deputy and the Clarendon County E-911 director.
