Going Green!

We're Open! Derrick Fort at Edward Jones Investments Goes Green

Posted

As the coronavirus pandemic slowly  loosens its grip on the world, small and large businesses alike are opening back up. However, it can be confusing to know what’s open and what’s not right now.

The Manning Times has partnered with The Clarendon County Chamber of Commerce to help combat this issue by going green.

This “green-ribbon” initiative is set to notify all of Clarendon County on a businesses status of operation. Members and non-members of the chamber will hang green ribbons to signify that they are open and ready for business. A sign will also be placed in front of your business that says “We are open!”

“This is a way for small businesses to let their communities know that we are here, and that we are ready to serve,” said Ericka Floyd.

Your businesses participation in “Going Green” is completely free of charge, and all businesses are invited to join. To get started, call or email The Chamber and say “We’re Open!” At 803-435-4405 or chamber@clarendoncounty.com
