Last Friday Manning Police Officers were dispatched in reference to an alarm call at Reliable Pawn Shop.
CCTC footage revealed a beige crown victoria vehicle driven by a man in a red jacket who showed up and broke through the windows with a hammer.
The subject then left the scene only to return moments later to enter the window.
