Velta Juanita Shorter Pack, 66, widow of Herby Gene Pack, died Friday, May 8, 2020, at Agape Hospice House of Lexington.
Born June 26, 1953, in Sumter, she was a daughter of the late James Mitchell Shorter and the late Ruth Gladys Craft Shorter. She was a devoted daughter, mother, grandmother and sister. Juanita loved spending time with her grandchildren and fishing. She was a hairdresser for 50 years and she was loved by all.
She is survived by two sons, Shannon Pack and Adam Pack; four grandchildren, Mathew, James, Ethan and Caden; two sisters, Lula Ingram (Jon) and Linda Glasscock; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Gene, Jack and Mitchell Shorter.
