Charleston Hodge was named 1st runner-up in the Mini Miss Puddin' Swamp Pageant held Saturday at East Clarendon High School in Turbeville. She was also voted Best Hair and Most Photogenic. More winners will be posted throughout the week, along with galleries of contestants. We ask that parents remain patient while we get everyone up.
