Manning High School’s graduation will be held on Saturday, June 4, 2022 at 8:00am in Ramsey Stadium at Manning High School. There will be designated parking spaces for the 2022 graduates, Clarendon School District 2 Board Members, Clarendon School District 2 Administrative Staff, guest, and handicap guests (with proper handicap parking decals/license plates). Please refer to the accompanying diagram to familiarize yourself with where you should park. Graduates will park on the band grass practice area on the side of the school. Each graduate will have one (1) parking pass and must present this pass in order to park.
The parking lot at the rear of the school will be primarily for authorized handicap parking, but there will be some overflow non handicap parking available after the primary parking area has reached capacity. Parents/friends/guests of graduates will park in the student parking lot next to the Tennis courts. Overflow parking will also be provided on the football practice field and other designated areas. The road between Manning High School and Manning Junior High School will be closed to vehicle traffic. It is highly recommended that family and friends allow sufficient time to park and proceed to The John Thames Auditorium or Ramsey Stadium.
Once the graduates start marching to their seats all gates to Ramsey will closed until the graduates have taken their seats. If there is inclement weather and the ceremony is moved inside, only those guests with designated tickets will be admitted into the gymnasium. Once the gymnasium reaches maximum capacity individuals wishing to observe the graduation ceremony will have to go the lecture hall and watch on a close circuit projection monitor.
