Pansy Stone Oxendine, 58, wife of Bryan Lewis Swygert, died Monday, April 29, 2019, at her home.
Born January 28, 1961, in Hemingway, she was a daughter of the late Carlisle Winford Stone and the late Nora Lee Tilton Stone. She was a member of Cypress Forks Free Will Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband of Gaston; a daughter, Amy Oxendine (Adam Simpson) of Manning; a son, Travis Butler (Ashley) of Harrisburg, Kentucky; three stepdaughters, Brittany Huish (Kenny) of Augusta, Georgia, Jessica Dillard (Dustin) and Breanna Schaeffer (Daniel), both of Salley; eight grandchildren, Jordan, Cheyenne, Cayleb, Maddison, Parker Kade, Khloe, Adelynne and Abigail ; a sister, Barbara McKeithan of Orangeburg; and a brother, Ervin Stone of Florence.
In addition to her parents and first husband, Cecil Oxendine, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Landon Dillard; a sister, Linda Corbett; and three brothers, David, Carl and Lynwood “Shorty” Stone.
A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, May 1, 2019, at Cypress Forks Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery.
