Lora Brown Jordan, 89, widow of Billy Jordan, died Wednesday, March 11, 2020, at Lake Marion Nursing Facility.
Born July 9, 1930, in Sumter, she was a daughter of the late Clifton Jerome Brown and the late Dora Yates Brown. She was a member of Harmony Church.
She is survived by four children, William F. Jordan (Angie), Ronald D. Jordan (Alice), Debra J. Sexton (Mickey), all of Manning, and David W. Jordan of Dalzell; nine grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; four brothers; a sister; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 14, 2020, at Brunson-Brown Family Cemetery in Sumter with Bobby Richardson officiating.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. on Friday, March 13, 2020, at the home of her son and daughter-in-law, Bill & Angie Jordan, 1129 Lakeside Drive, Manning.
