Clarendon Fire Dept. responds to residential fire in North Santee area

Clarendon County Fire Rescue was dispatched to the North Santee area, outside of Summerton, for a residential structure fire. Responders arrived on scene to find flames and smoke visible from the exterior. Firefighters deployed two handlines and were able to get the fire under control quickly.
