Clarendon County Sheriff's Office Victim Advocate Sabrina Mellerson was arrested Friday for Misconduct in Office and Embezzlement. Mellerson has worked as a victim advocate at the sheriff's office for three years and nine months, and was a 911 dispatch shift supervisor for four years with Clarendon County before that. SLED is investigating this case, and all information released will be from their office.

SLED agents arrested former Clarendon County victims advocate and deputy Sabrina Mellerson, 34, Friday afternoon for Misconduct in Office and Embezzlement. She was booked into the Clarendon County Detention Center.
SLED was requested by Clarendon County Sheriff Tim Baxley. The case will be prosecuted by 3rd Circuit Solicitor Finney.
