Beaugard “B.G.” Wilkes, Sr., 71, husband of Angela Haley Wilkes, died Friday, April 17, 2020, at McLeod Health Clarendon.
Born December 20, 1948, in Winter Haven, Florida, he was a son of the late Charles Lonzie Wilkes and the late Jewel Eloise Deal Craycraft.
He is survived by his wife of Manning; a son, Charles "Scooter" Wilkes of Manning; a daughter, Carolyn “Cissy” Hutcherson (Ben) of Sumter; and two grandchildren, Gabbi and Beau.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Beau Wilkes, Jr.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
The family will receive friends at the home, 1217 Tansy Street, Manning.
