Missing child found

A Summerton child reported missing this morning in the 1200 block of Luke Godwin Road in Summerton is safe and sound, according to the Clarendon County Sheriff’s Office. Maj. Kipp Coker said about 8:30 a.m. that a 4 year old was reportedly missing, but said about 8:50 a.m. that the child had been found. SUMTER – Donald Lee Roy, 83, husband of the late Kimiko K. Roy, died Friday, April 25, 2014.

Donald Lee RoyBorn March 17, 1931, in Cincinnati, OH, he was a son of the late Joseph Raymond Roy and the late Bessie Lorraine Horner Roy.  He was retired from the US Air Force and the United States Postal Service.  He was a Mason and a member of the National Rifle Association.
