The library in Manning will be hosting an author visit this coming Saturday - September 21st - from 10:00am to 12 noon. Mr. David Gibson is a South Carolina author of the children's book Switching Shoes. He will be at the library meeting families and signing books. The program is free to attend and copies of his book will be available for purchase at the program.
