A Clarendon County pedestrian has been hit and killed earlier this morning at 4:30 am.
According to reports, a Ford Explorer was traveling north on M.W. Rickenbaker Road when the pedestrian, wearing all black clothing, was struck and killed. The accident took place around 4:30 a.m. this morning.
