Gibbons Street still blocked due to storm damage

Johnny Weeks
Gibbons, Robbins and Mill Streets are still partially or fully blocked from yesterday’s storm. Sumter Utilities crews are on scene and are working to repair snapped power poles and lines that are on the ground.
