Deputy Chief Carl Floyd retired Friday afternoon from the Fire Deparment. Chief Carl started his career as a driver/operator with the City of Manning Fire Department in the late 1980's and at the same time he joined their department as a volunteer. He has served the department and the citizens of Clarendon County, for more than 30 years.
