SUMTER – Angela Willene Rhodus White, 60, wife of Donald Franklin White Sr., died Monday, April 29, 2019, at Prisma Health Tuomey.
Born November 14, 1958, in Kingstree, she was a daughter of the late Leslie Martin Rhodus, Jr. and the late Ethel Willene Harrington Mussellwhite. She was a member of Cypress Forks Free Will Baptist Church
She is survived by her husband of Sumter; a son, Donald Franklin White Jr. of Sumter; two daughters, Dawn Angela White Whetsell (John) of Kingstree and Erin Leila White (Stanley Tucker) of Sumter; eight grandchildren, Megan, Robbie, Justin, Amy, Olivia, Ashlynn, Stanley and Bryson; and two sisters, Melanie Brown (Bruce) and Carla Holt (David), both of Florence.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Leslie Martin “Chipp” R hodus III.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, May 1, 2019, in the chapel of Stephens Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 1 to 2 p.m. at Stephens Funeral Home.
