The following guilty pleas were heard before 3rd Circuit judges R. Ferrell Cothran and George McFadden during three separate terms of General Sessions court held in February at the Clarendon County Courthouse. Bobby Butler of 1066 Gardenia Lane in Alcolu pleaded guilty Feb. 25 to three counts of manufacturing, distributing, etc., of cocaine-base, first offense, receiving concurrent sentences of five years in prison, suspended to time-served and two years' probation; two counts of manufacturing, distributing, etc., of cocaine-base, first offense, receiving concurrent sentences of five years in prison, suspended to time-served and two years' probation;and one count of the distribution, sale and manufacture or possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance, receiving a concurrent sentence of five years in prison, suspended to time-served and two years' probation. According to the Clarendon County Public Court Index, Butler was held for five days at the Clarendon County Detention Center after his arrest Nov. 30, 2018.

Kenyetta Patrice Cooper of 6695 June Burn Road in Manning, pleaded guilty Feb. 28 to forgery, no dollar amount specified, and received a sentence of time-served. According to the Clarendon County Public Court Index, Cooper remained at the Clarendon County Detention Center for one day after her arrest on April 6, 2018.

Adrian Perez Hernandez of 22 Branch Road in Manning pleaded guilty Feb. 27 to the manufacture, possession or distribution of narcotic drugs in Schedule 1 and Schedule 2, first offense, receiving a sentence of 12 years in prison and the payment of a $2,000 fine, suspended to time-served and the payment of a $1,500 fine and five years' probation, The Clarendon Public Court Index shows that Hernandez spent one day at the Clarendon County Detention Center after his July 27, 2016, arrest.

J. Angel Guadalupe Lara of P.O. Box 43 in Tifton, Georgia, pleaded guilty Feb. 26 to two counts of the manufacture , possession and distribution of drugs in Schedule I or Schedule II, receiving a sentence of seven years in prison and the payment of a $1,500, suspended to time-served, the payment of a $250 fine and two years' probation.

Randolph Leron Lemon of 2293 Connor Road in Manning pleaded guilty Feb. 26 to third-degree domestic violence, receiving a sentence of 90 days in jail, and also pleaded guilty that same day to shoplifting of a value of $2,000 or less, enhancement, receiving a sentence of two years in prison.

Albert Lee McCray of 36 Ross St. in Manning pleaded guilty Feb. 26 to first-degree assault and battery, receiving a sentence of eight years in prison, suspended to nine months in prison and three years' probation.

Lynette Miles of 5134 Christine Drive in Manning pleaded guilty Feb. 8 to forgery of a value of $10000 or less, enhancement, receiving a sentence of three years in prison, concurrent to time to be served due a probation violation. The Clarendon County Public Court Index did not indicate what that the previous conviction was in which probation was violated.

Daniel Burl Parrish of 4038 Raccoon Road in Manning pleaded guilty Feb. 27 to cruelty to children (torture, deprivation), receiving a sentence of 30 days in jail or the payment of a $150 fine.

Michael David Rondeau of 39 Barnett Drive in Sumter pleaded guilty Feb. 13 to the manufacture, possession and distribution of narcotic drugs in Schedule I and Schedule II, first offense, receiving a sentence of 15 years to be served concurrently with another the Public Court Index did not identify.

Maria Delores Rosario of 2544 Valentine Ave. in Bronx, New York, pleaded guilty Feb. 25 to the manufacture, possession or distribution of narcotic drugs in Schedule 1 and Schedule II, first offense, receiving a sentence of five years in prison, suspended to time-served and two years' probation. The Clarendon County Public Court Index indicates that Rosario spent two days in the Clarendon County Detention Center after her Jan. 18 arrest.

Travoughn Tyre Williams of 2756 Liberty Hill Road in Summerton pleaded guilty Feb. 26 to indecent exposure and the larceny of bicycles, value of less than $2,000, receiving concurrent sentences of one year in prison.

em>Teron Ferro Wilson of 1202 Cypress Pointe in Manning pleaded guilty Feb. 25 to two counts each of the manufacture, distribution, etc., of cocaine base, first offence and possession with intent to distribute, receiving concurrent sentences of five years in prison, suspended to time-served and two years' probation. According to the Clarendon County Public Court Index, Wilson spent one day at the Clarendon County Detention Center after her Dec. 20, 2018 arrest
