Eleven-month-old Eleanor Lace Stukes won the age 0-6 Best Homemade Costume with her portrayal of a little old lady. She is the daughter of Joseph and Brandee Stukes.
Four-year-old Josiah Mellerson won the Age 0-6 Best Store-bought Costume as Flash. Mellerson is in the K-4 program at Laurence Manning Academy. He is the son of Katrina Mellerson.
Three-year-old Ariana Mears won the Age 0-6 Most Creative Costume with her portrayal of a dirty laundry basket. She is the daughter of Marie Rivera.
Eight-year-old Olivia Bautel won the Age 7-12 Best Homemade Costume with her portrayal of the game "Operation." Bautel attends Harvest Community School. She is the daughter of Ann Zeiler and the granddaughter of Perry and Joan Mixon.
Nine-year-old Jaiyden King won the Age 7-12 Best Store-bought Costume with his "Cowboy Riding an Ostrich" costume. King is in the 4th grade at Manning Elementary. He is the son of Candice Chase.
