The Harvin Clarendon County Library will close at 4:00 pm on Thursday, August 16 to co-sponsor the “Secret Agent 23 Skidoo” concert being held at the Weldon Auditorium from 4:30 to 7:30 pm. Concert is free and open to the public. For more information, please call (803) 435-8633.
