Exile "Buddy" King, 85, widower of Deloris Noble King, died Thurs. March 1, 2018 at his residence.
He was born on Dec. 21, 1932 in Clarendon County. He was a son of the late Bernie and Maggie Sumter.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. Mon. March 12 at St. Mark AME Church on 21st Street in Summerton.
Rev. Williette Canty will be the pastor and eulogist. Rev. J. C. Lane will be presiding and Minister Tamekia Hunter Ross will be assisting.
Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
The family is receiving friends at the home of his sister, Sandra L. Sumter, at 2128 Greenville Circle in Sumter.
