mARION - James McLeod, 76, husband of Betty Lester McLeod, died Saturday, Dec. 16, 2017, at McLeod Regional Medical Center in Florence.
Born June 2, 1941, in Alcolu, he was a son of the late Willie McLeod and Lucille Hodge McLeod.
Funeral services were held Saturday, Dec. 23, 2017, at Hayes F. Samuels Sr. Memorial Chapel, 114 N. Church St. in Manning. Burial followed in Florence National Cemetery in Florence.

The family will receive friends at the home, 505 Lipscomb Ave. in Marion.
