Harry August Hoffman Jr., 82, beloved husband of Donna Lee Knapp Hoffman, died Thursday, November 2, 2017, at his home.
Born December 2, 1934, in Cincinatti, Ohio, he was a son of the late Harry August Hoffman Sr. and the late Margaret Camp Hoffman. He was of the Presbyterian faith.
He is survived by his wife of Manning; four children, Greg Hoffman of Charleston, Terry Hoffman (Jan) of Atlanta, Georgia, Brion Hoffman (BethAnne) of California and Tammy Hoffman Begin (Jim) of Denver, Colorado; a sister, Kay Hoffman of Charleston; four grandchildren, Lindsey Hunt (Kyle) of Nashville, Tennessee, and Alec, Zac and Rachel Hoffman, all of California; and a great-granddaughter, Emma Reese Hunt.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, November 10, 2017, in the chapel of Stephens Funeral Home with Pastor David Richardson officiating.
Family and friends are invited to a reception at the Wyboo Community Center immediately following the memorial service.
