River is a 2-year-old male cairn terror mix. He is current on all of his vaccinations and has been neutered and tested negative for heart worms. He is such a sweet baby who needs some attention. He has lived a rough life, and it's time for him to find his furever home. The staff at A Second Chance Animal Shelter of Clarendon County has been working with him since he came to the shelter and he has been doing great! He still gets nervous, but he will be perfect for the right person.
