The National Weather Service out of Columbia has issued a Lake Wind Advisory through 8 a.m. Tuesday for Clarendon and other surrounding counties. Winds could exceed 20 knots (23 mph) from north to northeast with gusts up to 30 (34.5 mph) knots. These winds will cause rough chop on area lakes. Small boats will be prone to capsizing.
