The Clarendon County Coroner's Office has released the identity of a woman killed Wednesday in a two-vehicle wreck on S.C. 527 outside of Turbeville.
Carol Gandy, 65, of Kingstree, died at the scene of the wreck, which happened about 5:45 p.m. Wednesday when Gandy's 2011 Kia SUV crashed head-on with a 2013 Ford SUV. Both drivers were wearing seatbelts.
