Pet of the Day: Ranger

Ranger is a 2-year-old, male, border-collie mix. He is white with black spots. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines and has tested negative for heart worms.
He is energetic and very affectionate and searching for his forever home. His adoption fee is $125 with an approved application. You can see Ranger, Badger and their friends from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday at the A Second Chance Animal Shelter, 5079 Alex Harvin Highway in Manning.
