Man charged with shoplifting chicken wings

A 20-year-old Columbia man was charged about 4:50 p.m. July 17 with shoplifting, enhancement, after allegedly taking chicken wings from the deli section of a store in the 2000 block of Paxville Highway without paying for them. According to reports from the Manning Police Department, Breshay Fay Isaac of 100 Ripplemyer Ave., No. 366, in Columbia, had left the store with four other individuals, and a traffic stop was performed on the vehicle in which Isaac was riding. The suspect had prior convictions for shoplifting, leading to the enhancement, which is a felony.
