Four area residents have received degrees from Western Governors University. The university's 33rd semi-annual commencement ceremony was held July 15 at the Salt Palace Convention Center in Salt Lake City to celebrate more than 10,000 graduates.
Locals receiving degrees included Jennifer Johnson of New Zion, bachelor of science in nursing; RaShawn Fogle of Santee, master of arts in mathematics education; Paula Boyle of Summerton, bachelor of science in nursing; and Brent Jackson of Sumter, master of education in instructional design.
