Manning resident Don Brice scored a hole-in-one July 4 on Hole No. 17 at Wyboo Golf Course in Manning. He is now a member of the Santee Cooper Country Hole in One Award Program and will receive a parchment signed and sealed by Gov. Henry McMaster.
