The following guilty pleas were taken during a term of General Sessions Court held July 12 before 3rd Circuit Judge R. Ferrell Cothran in Clarendon County. Harold Antoine Bradley of 1057 Herod Drive in Manning pleaded guilty to second-degree burglary, non-violent, receiving five years in prison; violation of an order of protection, receiving 30 days in jail; and second-degree domestic violence, receiving three years in prison. Lee Vone Bradley of 2891 Arlen Road in Manning pleaded guilty to breach of the peace, aggravated in nature, receiving four years in prison, suspended to time-served and one year's probation; and discharging a firearm into a dwelling, receiving the same concurrent sentence. James Arness Burrows Jr. of 1817 Diles Bay Road in Turbeville pleaded guilty to forgetery with no amount involved, receiving a sentence of three years in prison, suspended to time-served and two years' probation. Edmund Haynes Carpenter III pleaded guilty to contraband, possession by a prisoner, furnisher or attempting to furnish, receiving a sentence of three years in prison, suspended to time-served and 18 months' probation. Tomulio Christian of 2821 Arlen Road in Manning pleaded guilty to first-degree assault and battery, receiving a sentence of eight years in prison, suspended to 18 months in prison and three years' probation. Louis K. Dudeli of 3272 Dingle Pond Road in Summerton pleaded guilty to second-degree domestic violence, receiving three years in prison, suspended to time-served and three years' probation. Daniel Carson Hodge of 2107 Hodge Circle of 2107 Hodge Circle pleaded guilty to first-degree assault and battery, discharging a firearm into a dwelling and possession of a stolen pistol, receiving concurrent sentences of six months in prison. Elliott Jerome Humes of 207 Center St. in Manning pleaded guilty to third-degree assault and battery, receiving a sentence of time-served. According to the Clarendon County Public Court Index, Humes served a day after his arrest for second-degree domestic violence Oct. 16, 2016. Darian Jerome Keels of 1339 Pine Bluff Square in Manning pleaded guilty to second-degree domestic violence, receiving a sentence of three years in prison, suspended to 90 days in jail and one year's probation. Marco Javon Johnson of 2 Hope St. in Summerton pleaded guilty to third-degree burglary, first offense, receiving a sentence of four years in prison. He was originally charged May 22, 2015, with second-degree burglary. Paul Keels of 1066 Kesock Court in Manning pleaded guilty to failure to return rented objects of a value of less than $2,000, receiving a sentence of 30 days in jail or payment of a $100 fine. He was originally charged Aug. 15, 2015, with fraud or appropriation of objects of a value of $10,000 or more. Willie Edward Lloyd Jr. of 722 Lawson St. pleaded guilty to cruelty to children, receiving a sentence of time-served. According to the Clarendon County Public Index, he served one day in the Clarendon County Detention Center after his arrest March 17. Carson Martin Jr. of 1578 Clarence Coker Martin Highway in Turbeville pleaded guilty to manufacture, possession of other substance in Schedule I through III or flunitrazepam or anologue with intent to distribute, first offense, receiving a sentence of four years in prison. Dustin James Parshley of 2452 Sandhill Road in Turbeville pleaed guilty to involuntary manslaughter, receiving a sentence under the Youth Offender Act not to exceed five years, suspended to 18 months' probation. He was originally charged July 21, 2015, with murder. Ronald Edward Riley of 552 Old Cherokee Trail in Saluda pleaded guilty to simple assault and battery, receiving a sentence of time-served. He was originally charged with assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature. According to the Clarendon County Public Index, he served a day at the Clarendon County Detention Center after his arrest April 17, 2008. Other similar charges were dropped for his plea. Darryl Raynard Risher of 63 Mt. Batten Road in Walterboro pleaded guilty to forgery of a value less than $10,000, receiving a sentence of five years in prison, suspended to time-served and 18 months' probation. He originally served a day at the Clarendon County Detention Center after his arrest July 3, 2014. Jessie Robinson of 9 Walker St. in Manning pleaded guilty to second-degree burglary, non-violent, receiving a sentence of 10 years in prison, suspended to three years in prison and five years' probation; and receiving stolen goods of a value greater than $2,000, but less than $10,000, receiving the same sentence. Keyon Devale Shannon of 2284 Oak Grove Church Road pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter, receiving a sentence of five years in prison, suspended to two years' probation. Frank James Sturkie of 2373 S. Lake Drive in Lexington pleaded guilty receiving stolen goods of a value of $2,000 or less, receiving a sentence of 30 days in jail or payment of a $100 fine.
