A blue EZ-Go golf cart with a JVC radio in it, altogether valued at $3,800, was reportedly stolen from a home in the 1400 block of Lesesne Drive in Manning between 11:30 a.m. and 9:05 p.m. July 10.
The victim told deputies with the Clarendon County Sheriff’s Office that the golf cart had a pirate sticker on the front of it.
