Manning recognized for 25 years with Clarendon Communications

Willa Mae Manning was recognized by Clarendon County Council on Monday for 25 years of service to the county as an assistant supervisor with Communications and E-911. She was presented with a certificate and a clock by Council Chairman Dwight Stewart and Administrator David Epperson.
