Manning residents Tyleak Clark and Natalie Dyson received bachelor's degrees May 2 from the University of South Carolina Upstate during commencement ceremonies held at the Quad behind the John C. Stockwell Administration Building. A release from the school did not specify what degrees the graduates received.
