The National Weather Service out of Columbia has issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook for Clarendon County and surrounding areas for all of Thursday. The outlook calls for scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms will be possible this afternoon and into tonight. Heavy rainfall with the slower moving storms may cause localized flooding issues. In addition, some of the stronger storms will be possible of producing damaging wind gusts in the stronger downdrafts.
