Kim Johnson, Robert Fleming and Matthew Prince will rejoin the Clarendon School District 2 Board of Trustees, according to Clarendon County School Board Secretary Mitchell Adger. The county board held interviews Wednesday afternoon with Johnson, Fleming and Prince, all incumbents, and former board member Stan Nickell and newcomers Angel Reed and Pam Buddin. "All the incumbents were chosen to retain their seats," Adger said Thursday afternoon. Johnson will go into her second three-year term on the board. Fleming and Prince have each served multiple terms. The Clarendon School District 2 Board of Trustees is the only all-appointed school board in the state of South Carolina. Members serve three-year, staggered terms, and are chosen after an application process and interview by the Clarendon County School Board. Currently serving along with Johnson, Prince and Fleming are Linda Lemon, Marilyn Wilson, Arthur Moyd, Ceth Land, Ethel Sweat and Jerry Coker.
