Bea Simon was recognized by her peers as the Manning Primary School 2017 Employee of the Year on Thursday. Principal Otis Reed said that "(she) is a staple in our building and in the community. She holds it all together for everyone who walks through our doors. We cannot thank her enough for the tremendous job she does daily. She is known as a true professional, a leader in her field, a confidant, a friend, a listening ear and an all-around pleasant person to know."
