The Sumter Police Department is offering a $3,000 reward for information leading to an arrest in the shooting death of Brandon Antwan Cummings.
The 33-year-old Sumter man was found shot just before 9:30 p.m. Wednesday outside of the Quality Inn on Broad Street. He was later pronounced dead at Palmetto Health Tuomey.
Investigators are asking anyone who saw or heard something around 9:30 p.m. in the vicinity of the shooting to contact the Sumter Police Department at (803) 436-2700 or 1 (888) CRIME-SC.
