MANNING - Dixie Romain Smith Dingle, 63, wife of James Edward Dingle, died Sunday, May 14, 2017, at her home.
Born Nov. 22, 1953, in Brooklyn, New York, she was a daughter of the late Marion Smith Sr. and Marcella Lewis Smith.
The family will receive friends at the home, 12195 Raccoon Road in Manning.
