GREENVILLE - Pinckney Montgomery, 71, died Thursday, May 4, 2017, at Regency Hospital in Greenville.
Born Oct. 1, 1945, in Paxville, he was a son of the late James "Fine" Montgomery and Mary Dinkins Montgomery.
The family will receive friends at the home of his daughter and son-in-law, Kimbrea and Michael Walker, 2137 Avalon Drive in Sumter, and at his home, 900 Fulton St. in Sumter.
Services have been entrusted to Samuels Funeral Home LLC of Manning.
