NEW YORK, New York - Nathaniel Willie Dozier, 85, died Saturday, April 29, 2017, at Queen General Hospital in Jamaica, New York.
Born Aug. 20, 1931, in Manning, he was a son of the late Essic "Sonny" Dozier and Estelle Johnson Dozier.
Funeral services will be held 3 p.m. Saturday, May 6, at Progressive Church of Jesus, 4325 Greeleyville Highway in Manning. Eldress Joan Wilson, pastor, will officiate. Burial will follow in the St. Matthews Cemetery in Manning.
The family will receive friends at the home of his sisters, Annie Dell and Esther Mae Dozier, 1420 Yellowbank Lane in Manning.
Services have been entrusted to Samuels Funeral Home LLC of Manning.
