The National Weather Service out of Columbia reminds residents of Clarendon County that a Tornado Watch remains in effect for the area through 3 a.m. Friday. Clarendon County Emergency Services Director Anthony Mack said that no tornadoes have touched down in Clarendon County. Manninglive.com has received multiple reports from concerned residents who fear that tornadoes have touched down or will touch down. Mack said that tonight's previous warning was issued because rotational activity was observed by radar in overhead clouds. This activity is indicative of possible tornadoes. Mack said that the county should be in the clear as of 10 p.m., but the watch remains in effect. He also said no damages have been reported to 911.
