Charles Wendell Anderson, 74, died Friday, April 28, 2017, at Veteran Affairs Medical Center in Washington, D.C.
Born Sept. 21, 1942, in Alcolu, he was a son of the late Ruth E. Anderson.
Services will be announced by Samuels Funeral Home LLC of Manning.
