Lake Wind Advisory remains in effect through 8 p.m. today

The National Weather Service out of Columbia reminds Clarendon residents that a Lake Wind Advisory remains in effect from 10 a.m. through 8 p.m. Monday. It will be breezy ahead of a cold front today. Diminished wind will occur behind the front tonight. On the lake the wind will increase this morning and will remain breezy through the afternoon. Winds will be from the southwest at 15-25 knots with gusts around 30 knots. Impacts include strong wind and rough chop will create hazardous conditions on area lakes.
