The National Weather Service out of Columbia has issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook for the Clarendon County area, along with neighboring counties in the midlands, calling for possible thunderstorms with damaging winds and hail to occur late Monday evening and night into Tuesday morning. A tornado is possible. Expect a fast storm movement with a diminished flood threat. However, very heavy downpours may occur with possible localized flooding in flood-prone locations if cell training happens to occur.
